Self-Care Workshop

Join us for a night of self-care presented by TABCO’s Early Career Educators Squad (ECEs).

In order to be there for our students, we need to be there for ourselves. Self-care is an important part of being a successful, life-long educator.

This event will review the importance of self-care and give participants a chance to dialogue with other educators.

There will be a choice of two self-care activities:

Option 1: Meditative Yoga

Option 2: Self-Care Circle

Registration is required to attend this workshop and is open through midnight the day before the event.
