ECE – Early Career Educator Squad
Join us for a night of self-care presented by TABCO’s Early Career Educators Squad (ECEs).
In order to be there for our students, we need to be there for ourselves. Self-care is an important part of being a successful, life-long educator.
This event will review the importance of self-care and give participants a chance to dialogue with other educators. There will be a choice of three self-care activities. Please look over the following breakout sessions in advance and note that if you would like to participate in option 3, you will need to supply your own materials.
Option 1: Guided Meditation and mindfulness resources
Option 2: Let’s Move! Virtual Zumba (Wear something you can move in)
Option 3: Pumpkin Decorating (Participants will need to supply their own pumpkin, carving tools and/or decorations)
Registration is required to attend this workshop and is open through midnight the day before the event.
