Early Career Educators Self-Care Through the Arts Workshop

Feeling stressed? Are you making time for yourself? Join TABCO’s ECE Squad for an evening of self care through the arts! Learn about how the arts can support self-care. Then choose from two break out sessions– a found sounds drum circle or visual journaling. No prior experience necessary!

When you register, please choose one of these two breakout rooms:

Option 1: Found Sounds Drum Circle

Suggested materials: Anything that makes sound! i.e. spoons, pots and pans, office supplies, or even your own voice!

Option 2: Visual Journaling

Suggested materials: Paper and your choice of art supplies. Bring as much or as little as you want (ex: pencil, markers, highlighters, pens, paints, old magazines for collaging, etc.)

Registration is required to attend this workshop and is open through midnight the day before the event.
